Payment Processing 

Please give us 24 to 48 hours after we receive your order to process your payment (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Federal Holidays). Unless otherwise specified in the product description, all orders are subject to processing time. We must verify that all payments have been received successfully before fulfilling orders because some items are created to order in our HQ. Once a payment has been fulfilled, the time it takes for a cargo to arrive at its destination is separate from the time it takes for payment processing. Once processing is finished, a tracking number will be provided to you right away. Please be aware that once USPS or UPS have received the product and successfully processed it through their system, your tracking number will update.

 

 

Shipping & Fulfillment Policy 

 

Please give domestic shipping & fulfillment 2 business weeks. Orders are delivered by third-party carriers USPS or UPS. Please make sure your address is entered accurately and contains all necessary and pertinent information if you want to guarantee that your package will arrive at the claimed time. For timely deliveries to be guaranteed, accurate street numbers, abbreviations, building numbers, and apartment numbers are crucial. Loss, theft, erroneous address, or misplaced packages are not the responsibility of T5 Apparel. We have no control over a package once it has left our headquarters and is in the possession of the carrier.
